Refund Policy -

At Shore Rock Reef Supplies, customer satisfaction is our priority. If a product arrives damaged, defective, or expired, you may request a return or refund in accordance with the guidelines below.

To ensure a smooth process, it is mandatory to record a video while unboxing your order. This video serves as important documentation of the package condition and its contents at the time of delivery. Additionally, clear photos must be provided if any issues are identified.

Requests must be raised within 12 hours of delivery to be considered valid.

Rules For Refund Policy

At Shore Rock Reef Supplies, returns are accepted only if the product is found damaged, defective, or expired at the time of delivery. As a mandatory precaution, customers must record an unboxing video and provide clear photos within 12 hours of receiving the order. Once verified, our courier partner will collect the item, and you may choose to receive a full refund credited directly to your bank account or store credits for future purchases. Requests raised after the 12-hour window or without proper proof will not be eligible for return or refund.
