Aquanest M5 60W LED Aquarium Light

Aquanest M5 60W LED Aquarium Light

Aquanest is a brand/manufacturer of LED lighting solutions for aquariums, especially reef and marine tanks. The M5 series (including the M5 60W) is part of their Mini-to-Mid-range LED aquarium lights designed to provide full-spectrum illumination suitable for coral growth, plants, and general tank aesthetics.

• 60W total power output — suitable for medium-sized aquariums (often in the range of ~45–60 cm or larger depending on coral/plant needs).

• Full spectrum LED — often includes a mix of white, blue, and other LED chips ideal for photosynthetic life (corals, plants).

• Wi-Fi / App control — many M5 variants come with Wi-Fi control via a mobile app for adjusting light intensity, simulating sunrise/sunset, setting schedules, etc.

• Programmable lighting — multiple channels and time points for custom light cycles (sunrise/slightly dimmed daylight/moonlight).

• Long lifespan LEDs — usually rated for around 50,000 hours or more.

• Suitable for reef & marine tanks — many units in this series target coral tanks but also work for freshwater planted aquariums.

Installation & Compatibility

• Mounts easily above aquarium tanks via brackets or suspension kits (varies by retailer).

• Power input generally 110–240 VAC (global friendly).

• Tank size recommendation usually matches the light output; 60W models are common for medium nano to medium tanks.
